The locksmith messed up. Definitely deserved five stars!Let me explain: Judah did exactly what we asked for, quickly and efficiently. On the way out the door he mentioned our front door lock was a good one, and I offhandedly mentioned that it was annoying to have two separate keys - one for the handle and one for the bolt. In short, Judah decided to be a nice guy and reset the locks so that one key would open both, which with these particular locks is supposed to be relatively simple.Unfortunately the reset didn’t quite go as planned, and the result was that neither key would open the lock he tried to reset. Fixing the mistake required taking the whole thing apart. Obviously frustrating, but he owned up to the mistake and meticulously solved the problem.

FA Locksmith arrived exactly when promised ND went above & beyond to make a duplicate key fob for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The key fob was an upgrade from what I had originally with aadditional feature. He also included a spare metal key for the door. Great work.

I bought a key from the dealership had them cut it for my vehicle The key would open the door but wouldn't work in the Ignition i had F.A. Locksmith come to my house and i'm glad I did I would use them any day of the week over the dealership.Mario was my locksmith he was very friendly and professional he would answer any questions I had we had to do away with the key from the dealership so he cut me two new keys and program two key fobs for my truck I was very pleased with the price and the work he did wished I would have used Mario to begin with and i found out the original key fob wasn't the right one Mario showed me the one that was best for my vehicle and now I can start my truck with the remote I did not have that option before that really made my day, thanks Mario and F.A. My Ford Expedition was not starting unexpectedly. We recently bought spare keys on Amazon and programmed them ourselves. Everything was working fine until it wouldn't start one day. We thought it was a key issue since they were cheap keys. Mario came out on a Saturday evening to help reprogram them. He reflashed the computer, deleted all the keys, and reprogrammed 2 of the 3 keys we currently had. It didn't start but he knew it wasn't a key transponder issue. He helped switch starter relays to determine it is probably a bad starter. Even though my issue wasn't solved, Mario did more than his original scope of work. The price for that was reasonable and it was definitely cheaper than a dealer diagnostic. Thanks again Mario.

F.A. locksmith saved me! I lost my only key fob and needed a new one and to be reprogrammed to my car. The locksmith I called was very helpful in letting me know exactly what key fob I needed and walked me through the process. When we arrived to my car, he was respectful and communicative. He opened my locked car, hooked up my battery, worked through some troubles but then got it programmed in a few minutes! I would definitely recommend and will use again if needed (hopefully not!).
