Same day service and they were able to replace and program a fob as well as cut the key for my 2015 Audi Q3. Total cost was $100.00 less than the dealership and I never left the house. The technician was courteous, let me know what was going on the entire time, and we thoroughly tested all functions of the fob before he left. Highly recommended!

Charlie was knowledgeable, respectful & punctual. I was in town on vacation and supposed to leave the day of service when my key fob to my BMW was erased. Three hours later and a TON of labor in a driveway, my BMW was back on the road thanks to Charlie's knowledge. Charlie was a life saver that day. If he couldn't fix it, I would of had to tow & leave my car at the dealer for at least a week, rent a car to drive back to New York and then fly back to Raleigh. I couldn't thank Charlie enough for his hard work. I couldn't even argue with the cost of service vs all the extra costs I would of paid. Charlie thank you again and keep up the great work!!

The tech (I forgot his name) was on time, professional and efficient. He didn't try to make the job harder than what it was. Something was stuck in my car's ignition cylinder and he got it out in 5 minutes. It saved me tons of time, instead of taking my car to the dealership. Very satisfied.

Long one. Strap in. I wish I could remember the name of the smith that assisted me. Dude is an absolute legend. I lost my BRZ key with no spare. After a call to the dealership and a quote for a few thousand I decided to check around. He was able to get into my car quickly, with no alarm. Knew the system inside and out. At first no dice with the key (only takes oem), but he found one. A perfect match. It went from a huge problem to peace of mind in a matter of minutes. And the best part, their keys come with a fairly lengthy warranty. Very professional, very quick, highly recommended. You really can’t go wrong here.
