Charlie was knowledgeable, respectful & punctual. I was in town on vacation and supposed to leave the day of service when my key fob to my BMW was erased. Three hours later and a TON of labor in a driveway, my BMW was back on the road thanks to Charlie's knowledge. Charlie was a life saver that day.
